The Service is designed to analyze audio files and generate text-based prompts for AI music models. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any audio files you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze the audio solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You agree that you will not upload any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party or contains unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material. You agree to indemnify and hold Architect Labs harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of this warranty.

3. Data Processing & Storage

You acknowledge that your audio files are stored in a secure cloud environment for processing purposes only. These files are automatically deleted following the analysis. We do not retain copies of your uploaded audio files after the processing is complete. For more details, please refer to ourPrivacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for "forensic" accuracy, the generated prompts are the result of AI interpretation and may vary in quality. Architect Labs is not responsible for how you use the generated prompts in third-party services like Suno.

5. Limitations

We reserve the right to limit access, change features, or terminate the Service at any time without notice. Abuse of the system (e.g., automated scraping, attempting to bypass limits) will lead to immediate access termination.
